The Office of the Building is open from 8:00 AM until 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday except Legal Holidays. This office is closed on Saturday, Sunday and Legal Holidays.
The building is open from 6:00 AM until 7:00 PM, Monday through Friday and is closed on the weekend and Legal Holidays.

The following is a list of some of the services provided to tenants at an additional cost:
Engineering and Labor Services
Additional Cleaning Services (i.e., refrigerator cleaning, microwave cleaning, carpet cleaning,
coffee pot service, auxiliary restroom cleaning, etc.).

The building provides heating and air conditioning from 8:00 AM until 6:00 PM, Monday through Friday, and 8:00 AM until 1:00 PM on Saturday, except Legal Holidays. Any tenant requiring heating and/or air conditioning beyond these hours should contact the Office of the Building at (630) 574-7745 or enter their service request online via the "Submit a Request" link under the "Tenant Services" option in the menu at the left of this screen. All after-hours heating and/or air conditioning is subject to an additional charge.
The building janitorial crew services the building and your office space on a nightly basis, Monday through Friday except Legal Holidays. Cleaning crews start at 5:00 PM and work until 1:00 AM.
Yes, if after-hour access is desired and authorized by the tenant.
If you experience a power outage, please contact the Office of the Building immediately at (630) 574-7745.
If required, contact the appropriate medical authorities and then contact the Office of the Building. The Management staff will be able to promptly dispatch personnel to ensure that the medical authorities are directed to your space as quickly as possible and an elevator is immediately available for the medical authority's use.
One elevator in each elevator bank is dedicated for freight handling. All deliveries that require more than one elevator trip are to be made either before 7:30 am or after 5:45 pm, Monday through Friday or on the weekend. All after-hour deliveries are to be scheduled in advance with the Office of the Building.
Building amenities currently include the Fitness and Conference Centers, Tuscany of Oak Brook, Evergreen Private Bank, a full-service deli, jeweler, convenience store, cash station, parking garage and on-site building management and maintenance staff.
