What are the Office of the Building hours of operation?

The Office of the Building is open from 8:00 AM until 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday except Legal Holidays. This office is closed on Saturday, Sunday and Legal Holidays.

When is the building open?

The building is open from 6:00 AM until 7:00 PM, Monday through Friday and is closed on the weekend and Legal Holidays.

How do I contact the Office of the Building after normal business hours?

Contact the main telephone number at (630) 574-7745. Security can be reached at (312) 617-9159. Jones Lang LaSalle provides emergency on-call assistance after normal business hours.

What are the ways I can submit a service request or a work order?

Simply click on the "Tenant Services" option, then the "Submit a Request" link in the menu at the left of this screen to submit an online request or feel free to contact the Office of the Building directly at (630) 574-7745.

What are the miscellaneous services provided by the building to tenants at an additional cost?

The following is a list of some of the services provided to tenants at an additional cost:
• Engineering and Labor Services
• Additional Cleaning Services (i.e., refrigerator cleaning, microwave cleaning, carpet cleaning,
  coffee pot service, auxiliary restroom cleaning, etc.).

• Bulb/Lamp/Ballast Replacement
• Additional Keys and/or Re-Key of Lock
• Replacement Security Access Cards

What hours does heating and/or air conditioning run and am I able to request extended heating and/or air conditioning?

The building provides heating and air conditioning from 8:00 AM until 6:00 PM, Monday through Friday, and 8:00 AM until 1:00 PM on Saturday, except Legal Holidays. Any tenant requiring heating and/or air conditioning beyond these hours should contact the Office of the Building at (630) 574-7745 or enter their service request online via the "Submit a Request" link under the "Tenant Services" option in the menu at the left of this screen. All after-hours heating and/or air conditioning is subject to an additional charge.

How often does our office space get cleaned?

The building janitorial crew services the building and your office space on a nightly basis, Monday through Friday except Legal Holidays. Cleaning crews start at 5:00 PM and work until 1:00 AM.

Does every employee need to have a building access card?

Yes, if after-hour access is desired and authorized by the tenant.

When the power goes out, what do I do?

If you experience a power outage, please contact the Office of the Building immediately at (630) 574-7745.

When an incident occurs (i.e., someone slips and falls or has a medical emergency), what do I do?

If required, contact the appropriate medical authorities and then contact the Office of the Building. The Management staff will be able to promptly dispatch personnel to ensure that the medical authorities are directed to your space as quickly as possible and an elevator is immediately available for the medical authority's use.

What elevators should delivery personnel utilize and what are the permitted hours of usage?

One elevator in each elevator bank is dedicated for freight handling. All deliveries that require more than one elevator trip are to be made either before 7:30 am or after 5:45 pm, Monday through Friday or on the weekend. All after-hour deliveries are to be scheduled in advance with the Office of the Building.

What amenities are available at the building?

Building amenities currently include the Fitness and Conference Centers, Tuscany of Oak Brook, Evergreen Private Bank, a full-service deli, jeweler, convenience store, cash station, parking garage and on-site building management and maintenance staff.
